Welcome to Ridge Friends Association (RFA)

Ridge Friends Association (RFA) is the Parent, Teacher and Friends Association (PTFA) of The Ridge Primary School. We are a friendly group of parents, grandparents, carers and teachers who work together to support our school community.

Through fundraising and events, our aim is to raise money for the extras that make a real difference to school life and help enrich the learning experiences of all our children.

How We Support the School

Thanks to the generosity of our school community, in recent years RFA has proudly funded:

• Forest School sessions for all children

• A special leavers’ treat for our Year 6 pupils

• Christmas and Easter gifts for every child

• iPads to support learning across the school

• New planting spaces

• Ongoing development of outdoor learning areas

Every event, donation, and volunteer hour helps us continue to improve opportunities and experiences for the children at The Ridge.

We always welcome help, time, ideas, or donations—whether you can volunteer regularly, lend a hand at an event, or support us in other ways. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.
